CLIENT CONCIERGE/ADMIN ASSISTANT - GUNNEDAH

Your role would be as a full-time Client Concierge/Administration Asisistant working within the accounting division In Gunnedah, alongside supportive team members with opportunity for further career growth. 

Key responsibilities:

 

  • Oversee visitors to the office and deliver a friendly, professional experience while displaying our SSFIN brand to a high standard

  • Ensure office efficiency by maintaining common areas, organizing procedures, handling correspondence, managing file systems, and overseeing supplies and equipment

  • Provide direct administrative support as needed, including scheduling appointments,

       meetings and events, booking travel, maintaining file systems, mailing and shipping

       packages, and updating contacts database and employee lists

  • Oversee internal and external events, coordinating food deliveries, agendas, calendar entries

  • Maintain WH&S ensuring office is up to date with all regulations

  • Process weekly banking

  • Collect and sort mail each morning and distribute to appropriate team member

  • Answer phone calls promptly and pass messages on to team members

  • Order office supplies
